To use the scanner, it is directly injected into the skin of the animal's body by a professional using a dedicated syringe and implanted at a horizontal angle of 45°. The approximate implant locations are as follows:

Tigers, leopards, lions, bears, giant pandas and red pandas - The left center of the neck Orangutan, gibbon, golden monkey and langur - Inside of the front left forearm Elephant - Under the folds surface of the left side of the tail root Wild horses, wild donkeys - The center of the left side of the neck, near the mane area Takin - The center of the left side of the neck, near the ear base area Cranes, donkeys, swans - The front center of the neck Pet dog, cat - Ear root or on both sides of the neck

The marking positions for other wild animals of similar morphology should be referred to the above guidelines.

Please note that the pet microchip reader cannot read Avid chips, and the 9-digit ID cannot be recognized. Only the 15-digit international standard protocol can be recognized. This is a low-frequency tag scanner that adopts wireless identification technology, and it only reads FDX-B ISO11784/85 agreement. Please contact your electronic label supplier to confirm the protocol parameters.

Additionally, the pet reader is equipped with a speaker, and when you scan successfully, the pet reader will "di" to indicate that the scan is successful.
